Aerotek's Transportation client is a leading Government agency looking for a Procurement Manager. This position will play a critical role in helping support the procurement process of Australia's largest infrastructure project, shaping the future of Rail Transportation!
Deliver 3-4 assigned projects with full accountability
Manage the end-to-end procurement process for programs and projects
Coordinate the creation of the project delivery strategy
Coordinate the formulation of commercial risk profiles
Develop tender evaluation procedure
Manage the award and execution of contracts
Desired Skills and Experience
4+ years of previous Procurement experience
Previous experience working with NSW Government procurement processes is highly preferred
Experience delivering projects on tight deadlines
This role will initially be a 6 month contract, with option for extension.
